Happy Autumn update! I filled her Kong with some peanut butter easy treat and some actual bacon flavored treats and sprayed down her crate with a puppy calming spray I picked up from work (figured it couldnt hurt). No wet paws when we got home! Which means she wasnt a super anxious mess while we were gone! Shes still not fond of being in the crate while were gone but shes not scared of it anymore. In fact, last night I had to really coax her out of it when we went back to bed after a late night potty time. She went and laid in there instead of coming back to my room onto my bed. The airline crate is exactly what she needed!
