Happy Birthday Dad Joseph Tate! Your are the greatest man Ive ever known. Your are a mans man and loving father and served this country as a US Marine and then spent your career protecting and serving as a police officer with honor and distinction. And thats why I get so angry when I see cops dishonoring the badge because I learned from you, what a police officer should be. Ive never heard anyone say a negative word about you and every cop that Ive come accross when mentioning your name always told me how much respect they have for you as a cop and as a man. Youve always been there for me no matter what and I want to thank you for all that I am. I know that I will never get there but I strive to be the man you are to me! I Love you, Rick!
