Happy Birthday, Dad: You always liked the cards I wrote myself the best. No matter how many miles apart we were, you eagerly awaited my phone call. You were my best friend, my hero, my biggest fan, and my example of God on Earth. Our bond was so deep, and our love so strong, people said they hoped it would be the same with their kids. We talked about each other all the time. You were the king of the one-liners, and a pool shark, and you loved Clint Eastwood movies. You said you were proud of my love for Jesus and the Bible, and What does GOD say? - with Theresa Murray was YOUR idea! Not a day goes by that I dont talk about you still, even though God brought you to Him almost eight years ago. Your ashes stay in my bedroom, in the box, in a bag marked Eternity.
