Happy Birthday Dolly Gehi-Karmani ! I remembered that you love Dudhi ka halwa and have it jee bhar ke when you visit your moms place. So here it is, just for you :) This is also my first entry for your event Chitra Haldia, from my archives, as I have not started cooking regular food, let alone desserts :p Hope it is ok. #dessertmadness I had made this halwa sometime in April. The pictures are of the different forms in which I had served it. 1. Set with a thin layer of melted ghee, just as we used to get it from a famous halwai in Surat, only the original version had almost 3mm of ghee ;) 2. Cut into diamond shapes 3. In the form we normally have these days, more health but less of everything else - ghee, sugar and love!
