Happy Black Friday Everyone. I have recently started my own Handyman Service and at the end of each month I do my monthly report. I do these reports to get a closer look at exactly how my business is doing. November was filled with highs and lows. At the beginning of the month business was good and profitable as usual. Then as of the second week, business slowed waaay down. Now work is extremely slow due to the Holiday Season. Some folks may think that what I am about to offer is crazy but, sometimes you just have to change and do things you wouldn’t normally do in order to take care of your family and loved ones. My normal rates are anywhere from $45/Hr. - $85/Hr. depending on the job, time, materials and, location. From now until December 24th 2014 I am offering all of my services at one set rate. I will not estimate or bid different jobs or use my set rates to give a quote. I am willing to do jobs of any type “within my capability” for $20/Per hour, with a 1 hour minimum & You providing materials. No job too small! I am a handyman with 10+ years exp. in Commercial & Residential Construction, Remodeling and Home Improvements.
