Happy Chinese New Year! This year its the year of the wooden horse. it brings a year of conflict, but inevitably conflict can initiate changes. And we all need change! No matter how painful and scary that might be. We learn nothing if life stagnates and stays the same. And life is for learning after all. So, with a open heart and mind we can meet the challenges head on and make the changes work in our favour. The Chinese New Year of conflict ties in with our own New Year, as 1st Jan saw yet another Cardinal Cross. This series of Cardinal Crosses have been with us since 2012 and will continue into 2016. A Cardinal Cross occurs when 4 or more planets are consecutively at 90 degree to each other and so a cross is formed in the heavens. It is cardinal due to the nature of the signs that the planets are inhabiting at this present time, they are the signs of Capricorn, Cancer, Aries and Libra. And these signs may well be feeling the full force of the formation. Cardinal signs create conflict and action. And usually its the nitty gritty issues surrounding personal and family life that effect us strongly. The planets of Pluto, Jupiter, Uranus and Mars were forming the Cardinal Cross back at the beginning of January. And many of you will have seen the New Year in to all manner of destruction and devastating news. But take heart, as I said, we all need change, and its far easier to roll with the changes than to fight against them. I feel this year is the year we sort things out and get our lives back on track. We may well be seeing the next new year in from a very different , new and exiting perspective.
