Happy Earth Week! The kids have been busy all week learning about many ways to help the planet and make it a more beautiful place. We are especially excited to wake up the garden and get things going. We have some VERY AMBITIOUS plans that are sketched out in the photo album below. We will be having a work weekend May 17/18 to complete the things the children cant help with. We are hoping to install railroad ties, build a raised bed, loosen compacted soil, hang planters, and put in some native plants. If you are interested in volunteering (or interested in volunteering someone you love ;0) ) please seek out Miss Amy in Kindergarten or Miss Linda in music. We are amateurs and would welcome any professional landscaping or construction advice.
