Happy Ending for me. My nightmare only lasted for 3 months, 2 logic replacements and 1 screen replacement. Finally they decided it was less hassle all round to just give me a brand new MBP. If youre a UK customer be patient and stress test the repairs as much as possible (FaceTime for me glitched it every time) be nice to the genius dealing with you and if it gets to 3-4 replacements start waving the consumer law in their direction, its actually on their website: apple/uk/legal/statutory-warranty/ I dont doubt that I was extremely lucky to have just had one day left on my apple care and for the replacement laptop. But the consumer law covers any UK owner for 6 years! I hope Apple do start to take responsibility for this as its not fair replacements and repairs are based on your country. This group has definitely helped!
