Happy #FitFriday! One of my goals for the last few days of 2014 is to get AT LEAST 30 minutes of exercise in every day! This is with a goal of maintaining my fitness throughout the holidays! How about you?! Why not shoot for at least 15 minutes every day for the remainder of the year?! Why not kick it off with my #FridayFitnessChallenge!? Why not take it a step further and join me in my January fitness accountability group committed to doing 30 minute exercises 5 days a week for 60 days?! P.S. - Dont think you have to do the challenge with NO shoes on. I cant workout on carpet with shoes on.... which is the only reason why I dont have shoes one in the video =P
