Happy Fitness Friday everyone!! Hope you all enjoyed hearing a little about Shannon Clore & her amazing fitness journey yesterday! Today we want to highlight Shannons current training plan-- she works super hard in the gym to see real results-- check it out below! Training 5-6 days per week, 20-50 minutes of cardio on the treadmill, elliptical, or bike, then lots of strength training & body weight movements like Burpees (everyones favorite!!) New to fitness? Shannon HIGHLY recommends getting a personal trainer-- she LOVES her trainer Sarah at Anytime Fitness in Orange! Happy Friday!
