Happy Friday Everyone! For those of you that have gone through the process of getting a home loan, you may have experienced having to give many documents and other paperwork to obtain it. This year new lending rules were placed to protect consumers. As this process may seem strenuous, its necessary to protect both you and the lender from getting a loan that may not fit you. So as we go through the process of buying our homes remember that guidelines are put in place for a reason. Do you think we wouldve had a crash in 2007 if they were there? Share your thoughts!
