Happy Friday Everyone! Heres another video I was really glad to find on my news feed. Today marks the beginning of the weekend, which is free time for a lot of people. Watch this video, and hear what Fran is saying! If there is anything in your life that you need to tend to in order to enhance your life, tend to it! Write in a journal, meditate, exercise, vent to a friend, communicate any difficulties youre having with someone to that person, pamper yourself! Whatever it is, dont put it off! Utilize your free time this weekend to the best of your ability! A quote that has truly resonated with me is, Worrying does not empty tomorrow of its troubles. It empties today of its strength. Also, the popular serenity prayer, God give me the strength to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change what I can, and the ability to know the difference. The point is to make peace. Do your best to achieve inner peace, so you can live the life you want. So often people have the realization that, life is short ... live life to the fullest ... be thankful for every day, yet we bottle so much inside and dont do ourselves the honor of acknowledging and respecting our needs and wants. I dont mean to go on, but this really resonated with where I am in my life. I am writing this to the 772 folks that have liked my page, but really Im writing this for myself - as a reminder.
