Happy Friday Everyone!!!! Todays spotlight is our Amazing kitchen Manager and lead cook Erick Hampshire! Erick has worked for us for 14 years, He is 44 years old and has the most BEAUTIFUL daughter Karley Marie! Erick is a devoted and loving father. Karley was born with down syndrome and had to have heart surgery at just 5 months old. She is in good health now and is an active, smart, Beautiful 8 year old that loves to spend time with her friends and family. Ericks passions in life are family, friends, photography, technology, fishing and most of all Karley! She is HIS Angel and drive for everything he does in life! All of us here at Manuels El Burrito would like to give him a very special THANK YOU for all of his hard work and dedication!
