Happy Friday Everyone! Well, its the end of another week. Did you have a good week? Remember how I said that I had not done anything really exciting this week? Well, today was different! Mommy got me up early for my breathing treatments, and Daddy told me we were going out to the doctors office. I really didnt want to go to the doctors office, but I did want to go out. Well we drove out to Sacramento where some of my doctors are, and then we finally got to the parking lot. We had to pay for parking, and thats different. Then when the door to the van was opened, I saw lots and lots of people walking around, and smelled some yummy food smells. I told Mommy I didnt think we were at the doctors office after all. I was right! Guess where we went today? We went to the California State Fair! It was lots of fun, and not too hot. We went to see Smokey the Bear! He is one of my favorites! Then we went to see the horsies, and the cows and the goats. There werent a lot of animals in the barn. Mommy said they were probably having a change day for the animals, but I did get to see some. I didnt go in to the petting zoo this year, because it was really small and really crowded. I did get to see the baby goat kids and lambs and calves at the vet animal display. Then we went to another part of the fair, and I got to see lots of chickens, and birds and a few bunnies (even with baby bunnies) and lots of guinea pigs! I even got to pet a guinea pig for the first time. Before we left I got to see a real bald eagle. Thats the neet animal for our country! The eagle was really pretty, and really big! I had so much fun at the Fair that when we were leaving, I told Daddy and Mommy that I wanted to go back to the Fair. Did you know that I have been to the State Fair every year since I was born?
