Happy Friday Peeps! If havent yet gotten your burn on today, check these quick easy moves! Using an 8lb medicine ball around the world with a hop. While squatting create a large circle with your weight or weighted ball and engage your core! Then a slight hop off the ground. Reverse the direction of your arms with each rep - 1 to the right hop next to the left - repeat! 2nd move squat down to pick up the ball then put high up on a shelf! 15 reps on each side! 3rd move hold the weighted ball over your raised knee engaging your core and high step through tires 3 steps rotating which knee the ball is held over. Always holding the ball over the knee that is raised! ================================== Repeat this set 2 more times for a total of 3 sets! . Tag a friend below to challenge them too .
