Then move you left leg over and sweep those arms around and it makes a great side crunch tighten those oblique. You can do an 8 count on each side. Then go to low slider with your chest up and work that bum bum! You will feel the burn in your legs.. Yes, my legs were shaking! . Thats a good thing!
