Happy Friday my dear ones. I have been a bit unwell during the week and could not visit you. I have been working on a project and one of the tasks is that I need to go on a month of judgement free work. Easy??? Let me tell you, I never knew how judgmental I was until I started on this project. From the minute I wake up, judgement on the condition of the weather, to how my kids are behaving, to we could have something better for breakfast, how the weather channel lady is dressed, ... how busy the traffic is and whose fault is it, how the parents say bye to their kids, ....let alone the judgement about myself.....My Goodness.....!!!!! But the best part is that I am becoming aware of this habit which before I thought I never had, since I was so perfect ;) lol. A very good exercise in knowing oneself, I tell ya :)
