Happy Friday to you All....This week went by rather quickly I thought. I noticed that the squirrels are eating all the Magnolia buds like they did this time last year. Every few seconds you hear something drop to the ground..plop! They eat what they want of the Magnolia buds, which are rather large, and then they drop the remains to the ground from where they are sitting on a branch. There is always something going on with the animal life while I sit on the porch every morning. I love watching them. They have everything they need to survive, on a daily basis. This morning please join me in prayer for our dear friends who are in need of healing and comfort...Rachel Shaw Aquino, and her family, Hope Filled Living, Susie Tanner Swanson, Nancy Maxwell James, Sharon Todd, Karen Lundquist and her mom, Lora Rushing Robinson, and her mom, Karen Milstein, and her family, Sandra Lee Patterson, Sandra Campbell, Marcie Hart, June Mac, G Iam Geoseffi, Debi Willhoite, and her family, Laurie Shoemaker, and her family, Loe Spurlock, Nancy Meyers, and so many more that may not be mentioned here...our families and friends....Thank you everyone for your continued prayers for each other...Our prayers carry so much weight...never doubt that they do not. Here is a passage from the Bible today that really spoke to me...I want to share it with all of you. God Bless you all and be kind to one another. Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms. Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months. And he prayed again, and the heaven gave rain, and the earth brought forth her fruit.
