Happy #FunFactFriday. For my fun fact, I decided to choose a more personal fact. In 2007, my mom donated bone marrow to a man with Leukemia who lived in Atlanta named Michael Umans. They later bonded and my mom and sister went to Atlanta to visit him and his family. The reason Im writing all this is because I am very active in a lot of fundraisers with the Leukemia Lymphoma Society and wanted to fundraise even more. Yesterday, I talked about how my marathon training would soon be Super Athletic / Training Original and that was an attempt to do a clever acronym of SA/TO. This is because I am getting involved with a new fundraiser called Team in Training that allows me to fundraise while also training for the L.A. Marathon. I would really appreciate it if you could help me in my efforts and I will continue to keep you posted on my training efforts. pages.teamintraining.org/calso/yourway15/bberman Anyway, the real point of this post is to get people excited about #ICATL, and I cant wait until December when I get to visit the Coca Cola Factory and a bunch of other cool USYers.
