Happy HUMP DAY Booty Blast today! Since my hip injury, I havent really been doing squats and lunges but I have been feeling a lot better so I decided to test it out today. I used light to no weight and just focused on my form and range of motion. It makes your squat more effective if you pulse & squeeze at the top! It might not be the most flattering flex , but its about results! Exercises I did in no certain order: * Lunge step-up w/ kickback * Standard squat, slow w/ bar pulse @ the top. * Deep squat, pause at bottom * Alternating lunge, lunge, squat (around the world sequence) * Band kickback * Fire hydrant w/ dumbbell * Hip Thrust * Single Leg squat (deadlift form) Use caution when performing all exercises youre not familiar with. Always use your best judgment and take your own ability level into account when modifying.
