Happy Halloween to everyone! The brisk wind today will make trick or treating interesting tonight! I was up way before the sun to get ready for a couple caterings. I had them delivered and was back home before 8:15 (good thing Im a morning person!). First, fruit salad with grapes, pineapple, apples and bananas and loaded scrambled eggs with peppers, mushrooms, turkey ham and cheese. Then I was off to deliver 10 dozen pumpkin bars with cream cheese frosting. Oh my these are one of my favorites...and there are some left. I think I need to take them to my moms house tonight to share with everyone when we eat supper after trick or treating or Ill be tempted to eat every single one of them!
