Happy Holidays!! My wall climbs have gotten a little shaky but with the coaching of @13jumpers, I was able to complete a few rounds. Not perfect, but they will get better. This is a great exercise to strengthen your core & build your shoulders! And the best thing, you can do them anywhere, all you need is a wall. Hold for 30 seconds each round.
