Happy Holidays everyone My Christmas story. On my trip to film the Spaghetti 100 ,St Marks trail, Mundon hill mountain bike trail and Four freedom bicycle trail in Tallahassee, Fl a few weeks ago I had something wonderful happen to me. An extra night stay in Tallahassee brought me to a local restaurant for dinner. As I pulled into the parking lot I notice a couple of cars with bicycle racks on them, nothing unusual. After dinner I returned to my truck and two couples were standing at my truck and asked me if I was responsible for bicycle trail review. They proceed to tell me that they love my films and they were from the Tampa area. They had seen last year’s film on the Spaghetti 100 and this was their reason they came to ride this year. NICE! We talked awhile about several of the videos that I had done on some of the trails that they were going to ride and had ridden. Of course the question came up on if I made any money doing this. Yes I make money about 500 in two years so far… not much considering that gas along for this trip was 100. After they asked how they could help. I said they could hand how some business cards and spread the word via internet. They wanted some cards so I went to the truck to find some, upon my return to give them a few card that I had they came me an sealed envelope and told me not to open it up till later. Figuring it was money I want to get there name and e-mail ect… to thank them later. They refused me. Later I open the envelope and here was cash!! In ones, fives, ten and twenties was $284.00 they had taken all their cash out of their pockets and put into this envelop. Don’t know your names but THANK YOU!!!
