I am informing you of the important dates for next year, along with some required changes to the player age cut-off date. Important dates for 2015: January 18 – Manager/coach callout at Faith Baptist Church at 6 pm o If interested in managing/coaching in 2015, please attend this meeting. Online registration will begin early in January. The website to register for the 2015 season is georgetownbaseball.net. We will put out an email letting you know when online is open. February 14 & 21 – Registration at Faith Baptist Church o In-person registration at Faith Baptist Church from 9 am – 2 pm both Saturdays. o If register online, you will still need to come turn in required paperwork (copies of birth certificate, 3 proofs of residency or school enrollment form/report card dated prior to October 1, 2014, and the medical waiver). You will also want to check the sizes of the shirts and hats so your child(ren) receive the correct sizes. o 3 documents showing proof of residency needs to be dated Feb 1, 2013 – Feb 1, 2014 and can be utility bill, insurance bill, and driver’s license. Bring copies. o School enrollment form must be filled out by the school principal or can provide a copy of report card dated prior to October 2014 (shows child(ren) enrolled in school in GTLL boundaries). o Enrollment form and medical waiver attached to this email o If players do not live in the zip codes 46805, 46815, 46774 (north of SR 930), and Woodburn area, but attend the following schools, they can play at Georgetown: Brentwood Elementary, Glenwood Park Elementary, Croninger Elementary, Haley Elementary, Forest Park Elementary, Blackhawk Middle, Lane Middle, Lakeside Middle, Snider High, North Side High, Blackhawk Christian, St Peters Elementary/Middle, Concordia Elementary/Middle/High, Holy Cross Lutheran, St Charles Elementary/Middle, St Jude Elementary/Middle, Peace Montessori, New Haven Elementary/Middle, Park Hill Center, Central Lutheran Elementary/Middle, St Louis Catholic Elementary/Middle, St John Baptist Elementary/Middle, Woodlan Junior/Senior, Woodburn Elementary, and Woodburn Lutheran Elementary/Middle.
