Happy Hump Day! I didnt get a workout in this morning but will after work today! Consistency is key! Day 16 of 90, P90x3, Warrior ✔️ done last night. And again had the house to myself the majority of the time since hubby took kiddos for a bike ride. I thought I wouldnt enjoy P90x3 as much as I did T25 (you gotta love Shaun T), but I am loving X3 as well. LOVE these 30 min workouts. No more hours in the Gym for me + drive time. Down 13.5 lbs in almost 4 months (16 weeks) thanks to 25/30 min power workouts. Thats 1+ lb per week. Are you tired of wasting your time in the Gym?
