Happy Kale Day! breakfast: kale, rhubarb, carrot, ginger, mint juice (with one tiny satsuma) lunch: kale salad with lemon olive oil and reduced balsamic, fresh garlic, goat cheese with parsley and chives blended in, grated carrots, homegrown walnuts freshly shelled, bison summer sausage, mozzarella and kale flowers. dinner: kale, sausage & lentil soup, with sautéed onions, garlic, carrots and a green pepper. Yeah, Ill prob throw some goat cheese on that too, cause goat cheese is wonderful. My tummy wants every day to be like today.
