Happy Labor Day to everyone. I hope this day brings time with loved ones and family. Today we are canning up some collard greens we traded for at market. We also made a deep dish Dutch apple pie last night from Sansa and Zestar apples. We would be cutting firewood, but 75 degrees is the temperature limit for us to run chainsaws. It just is not good for the saw engine. So we avoid it if possible. Also planning on making soap - of course! Thinking about lemon lime and pumpkin spice. Any thoughts?
