Happy May! Last Saturday at the Bellingham Farmers Market we sold out of all 5 lbs. of the organic, locally grown by Broad Leaf Farm, asparagus we turned into asparagus/prosciutto rollups. The good news is that we were able to buy 6 lbs. of this sweet, tender asparagus this week, so well have a little extra. Our Special Pizza of the Week tomorrow is a basil pesto, prosciutto pie with locally-grown, organic shiitake mushrooms from Cascadia Mushrooms. And well have 12 gluten-free pizza crusts from our friends at Bellingham Flatbread Bakery. Heres a time lapse of us making dough! See you tomorrow!
