Happy Monday! New day, new week lets get on our fitness grind together. Here is the Exercise of the Day! No excuses, its #athomeaugust and ill be posting a variety of workouts with a focus on exercises you can do at home! No equipment necessary, no gym required, just you and some motivation! -------------------------------------------------------- This combo move will burn baby burn! *Start in a plank position, arms and wrist in line with the shoulders, core engaged with your belly button into your spine, & toes into the ground. First move is leg to same side elbow & extend out, then leg to opposite elbow & extend out, then keeping the toe towards the ground and squeezing the glute and hamstring lift your leg toward the ceiling without bending your knee - thats 1! Do your left leg first, then move on to the right. Try to start off with 3-5 on each side and work your way up to more reps and sets. --------------------------------------------------------- You will feel your quad of the leg thats not working burn, working leg quad, hip flexor, hamstring, glutes, and core!
