Happy Monday every one hope prayer you all had great day .. today I had 4 eggs whites 2 yolks half with hubby half with hubby I had mine on english muffin with avocados. Cup black coffee and tatoms and grapes lunch time I had half steak with black beans on side yogurt. Water to drinkto nigth had fish with black beans with avocados and tamtos and yogurt with water to drink Today just been a good day God is good he is my strength my rock my help I got in 1 miles after I got home from work thanks to Lord :-) when I look and how is change me and working in my life just have praise him .. :-)nothing with out him but with him I can dream and reach anything. And througth his power not th rougth my power so thankful and great ful to him:-)philippians 4;13 I can do all things througth christ which strengtheneth e not just few or some but all :-)GO MANDI AND TEAM. If its his will it will come to pass now put smile on your face :-)
