Happy Monday everyone. :) A lot of people will be stepping on the weighing scales today, but PLEASE remember that the scales does not tell the full story. Make sure you keep track of your measurements and it will be these that will give you the best indications. Ive had several questions over the weekend regarding if it was possible to change the diary view to have it done by meal type. Yes, you sure can :) When you are in your diary page, click on SETTINGS and scroll down to Set Your Food Diary View. Here you can select the different food diary display options and also a definition of what the options are. In the same Settings Section, scroll down a little further and you will see the Set an easier calorie target. If you know that you eat more on a Friday (or any day) compared to other days, then you can set that day to receive more calories ***BUT BEWARE....the recommended calorie allowance for the rest of the days will be automatically lowered to compensate the increase. Have a great week and remember, you are human, you will make mistakes, but learn from them and get going again as soon as possible.
