Happy Monday everyone! It was a nice peaceful morning out there today. A little warmer than the past few mornings. The sky was just beautiful with only a few stars. It was a perfect morning to run. I did 5 and a half miles today & all went wonderful. My adrenaline rush must be carrying over as I went faster than I planned but it felt great to do so. Tomorrow is my speed work day. My favorite day of the week besides my long run day. Time to go to work. Happy first day of school to my Em & Jord & all the kids returning today! Have an awesome day & enjoy your run!
