Happy Monday, sharing a beautiful meditation to start the week. It is called a tonglin energy exchange: Take a deep cleansing breath, and give your body permission to relax, take another deep cleansing breath and allow your mind to calm. Breathe in a long slow breathe, and release. Put your hand on your heart and feel your chest rise up to meet your hand. Now take a lonf slow breath and breathe in LOVE and release fear, breathe in strength, and let go of weakness, breathe in healing and release old wounds, feel your breath touch every part of your existence , breathe in joy, let go of sadness, take a long slow breath of expansion, and release constriction, breathe in clarity, and release confusion, breathe in forgiveness, and let go of blame, breathe in gratitude and release grief, inhale self-acceptance, let go of judgement, inhale compassion, let go of indifference, breathe in LOVE, and release anger, breathe in LOVE again, and let it flow with the exhalation back out into the world, into every corner of the universe. Connecting you to ALL that is, becoming a conduit of LOVE, allowing LOVE to flow through you. Now, breathe in LOVE once again, and let go of love. Float there in the space where LOVE fills the gap.
