Happy Mothers Day to my one and only Mama! Patricia Barbour Dopson. Mama, you are so special to me and singularly the largest to blame for my love for God and His music. I thank you for pressing and pushing me as a kid and introducing me to so much music and showing me how to glorify God with it. Some of the fuzzies and Holy Ghost A/C chills I get listening to certain songs are due to cassettes that were in our car or boom box. Lol. Thank you for ALWAYS making everything special. Christmas, birthdays, valentines day, no money days. You love with intensity. I love it when you smile and laugh so hard that your eyes disappear in your sweet face. Thank you for tenacity and for doing your best to make it all work when it aint all together yet. Thank you for your prayers that turn into Holy Ghost conniptions. If He didnt hear me on it, Im sure He heard you. Lol. Thank you for loving Christina as your own and for being an incredible Mimi to Garion; loving him in all of your EXCESSIVENESS! I am blessed to have you. The world is blessed to have you. As detailed, complex and intricate as God is in all of his attributes, I believe youre His smile on our lives.
