Happy National Chocolate Cupcake Day! #foodholidays Man Im tired, busy busy day. Heres a recipe though. Chocolate Cake Ingredients 2/3 cup Vegetable Oil 1 2/3 cup sugar 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 3 eggs 2 cup Cake Flour 2/3 cup Dutch process cocoa powder 1 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 1/3 cup milk or buttermilk Steps 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the oil, vanilla, and sugar until fluffy. 3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. 4. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt, and milk. 5. Pour batter into a greased and floured 16 by 9 inch baking pan. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until cake tests done. 7.
