Happy New Year Aglow! Behold, I am doing a new thing. NOW it springs forth do you not perceive and know it and will you not heed it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert. Isaiah 43:19 Women of this Aglow Lighthouse, in this valley have been called forth to do great things, to perform awesome exploits in the name of the Lord! And she that is called is also equipped for every good work! God is pouring out His Spirit. Signs and wonders are happening all around us, but this outpouring is not being perceived, known or heeded if we are not working together as the hands of God to our communities. We must be the Jesus to the lost and dieing. We must be the Word of God in our conversations. We must stop waiting for those living in darkness to come to the Light. WE ARE the Lighthouse, the city set upon a hill, the beacon of Kingdom Brilliance and we must ARISE and SHINE! The Lord brought this chorus to my mind recently, and I believe it, received it and am proclaiming it today in my life, and declare it for 2015 : God has an army Marching in the land Deliverance is their song Healing in their hands Everlasting joy and gladness in their hearts, And in this army Ive got a part! As the Lord spoke to us of the newness coming forth from His hand ; new wine, new oil and new grain He is reminding us that He provides everything we need to further His Kingdom here on Earth. And it begins with an intimate relationship with Him. As we individually seek Him first, the Kingdom of God and his righteousness, He is faithful and will unite us corporately through the precious Holy Spirit. We will be strengthened in our inner man and will conquer EVERY foe by His Name and in the POWER of His might! We are one in the Spirit We are one in the Lord And we PRAY that our unity would THIS day be restored. They will know we are Christians by our love, by our LOVE for God, for one another, and to the world! Without the LOVE that is God directing our thoughts our words and our actions, we are just a bunch of noise makers! Read 1Cor 13 and be reminded of all that LOVE is and what it is not. Let it sink down into the very fiber of your being. Start your year off obsessed with love for the Lord. Ask Holy Spirit to overwhelm you, to consume you and to possess all of you. It is in the place of total surrender to the will of God we become all that He has for us to be! And we go forth in His Love as an Aglow Army of Goodness to the world!
