Fresh cilantro, limes, jalapenos, carrots, celery, onions and our special spices make this great soup! $30 Chickpea, Chorizo & Spinach Soup Tomato and chicken broth based soup. Chorizo sausages, chickpeas, and fresh spinach give this healthy soup a flavorful kick! $18 Kale Salad with Spiced Tofu & Chickpeas To top this zesty raw kale salad recipe, we toss diced tofu and chickpeas with a flavorful Moroccan-inspired spice mixture before roasting. The heat from the oven turns the outside of the tofu crisp while leaving the center soft! $25 VEGETARIAN Mediterranean Cauliflower Pizza Roasted Cauliflower blended and then mixed with herbs and mozzarella cheese. Flourless crust! Topped with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil strips and pecorino romano cheese slices. Healthy and sooooo good $22 Grilled Eggplant and Spinach Parm Fresh eggplant sliced thin and grilled. We then mix ricotta cheese with whole leaf spinach, mozzarella cheese and top with a light tomato sauce. Served over a bed of brown rice infused with basil. $37.50 CHICKEN Chicken Cordon Bleu Lighter take on this classic dish! Instead of stuffing and frying, we grill the chicken cutlets and top with smoky tomatoes, crispy prosciutto and shreaded provolone cheese. Served with a side of roasted broccoli. $41.50 Chicken Tacos with Charred Tomatoes Fresh roasted chicken chunks marianted overnight in herbs and spices and then seared in a hot skillet with tomatoes to give it a smoky flavor. Side of corn salad with jalapenos, fire roasted red peppers and cilantro. Less than 350 per serving! We will serve on the side soft tortillas for making your tacos when ready. $37.50 Chicken Piccata Fresh chicken cutlets dipped on our homemade breadcrumbs, sautéed in olive oil and topped with a white wine, lemon caper sauce. $35 FISH Quinoa Pilaf with Seared Scallops We are making whole grains the center of this dinner plate with this citrus-studded quinoa pilaf recipe topped with sweet seared sea scallops. $45.50 Chorizo, chicken and Shrimp Paella An Italian twist on a Spanish dish. Fresh shrimp, chorio sausage and roasted chicken combined with peas, carrots, herbs, spices and rice. $45 MEAT Chili Fresh ground beef, stew meat simmered for hours with beens, onions, jalapenos, herbs and spices.
