Happy New Year Ku: Ba Poho yensu Kaufela. As we reflect on our past , some challenges that we had,that showed our match to freedom must not stand on our way,but should give as more reason to work harder,bearing in mind that which unites us in our Kingdom must be stronger than that which divides us. As it is a good year of our lord -2015-dawns,let it be a year of no retreat-no surrender, a year to realize that in fact to stumble is not fall but to forge ahead,let it be a year of St.Augustines prayer-O Lord give me the serenity to change those things I can change,the courage to accept those I cant change and the wisdom to know the difference. The implication here is that Barotseland must be free come what may and that courage is inevitable to accept that we are a people chosen by the most High to lay foundation of our Kingdom,therefore we have no option but to remain Barotse Nationals without predejuce. Finally,I wish all Sons and Daughters of our great kingdom a happy New year and 2015,may Almighty who has kept us to this far,continue protecting and prepairing a table of favour,courage and success for us.
