Happy New Year to All! It is now 0235 Hours 1 January. Hope all are safe. There are some changes to Red-cloud policies. Please visit our website to see the changes. With immediate effect, ATV and trailer-ed vehicles are authorized only on Saturdays due to the fact that we have a church VERY close to Casper Loop. (Apparently, we have had some ATV hotdoggers and rigs with loud exhaust/or no muffler during a Sunday church service). The church group are good people and it would be neighborly of us to allow them a peaceful gathering...Sundays are a NO-GO for ATVs and trailer-ed rigs. We are entertaining the idea of allowing ATVs and trailer-ed rigs into Red Cloud after 1300 hours on Sundays but that decision in itself would create Mickey Mouse complaints. We will further advise. Previous paragraph translates as this: ATVs and trailer-ed rigs are welcomed ONLY on Saturdays. All other vehicles are welcome on Saturday and Sunday. Jim
