Happy New Year to everyone, hope you all had a relaxing break. We are back on deck as of this morning. 2015 is set to be a challenging year, EQC are still determined to boost the coffers of Chapman Tripp rather than settle claims fairly and honestly. While most Insurers are doing the right thing and getting claims settled some Insurers are still trying to avoid their policy obligations. This year we are looking at Human Rights issues and also the enormous waste of tax payer money by EQC and Southern Response. We are encouraging everyone to make information requests from both organisations asking for a break down of all costs associated with your claim, including but not limited to legal, engineering, quantity surveying and assessing.
