Happy New Years Eve! Whats on your agenda for tonight, if you celebrate? I learned many years ago that Im not a party person (in fact, one thing on my list of career goals is Never have to attend another publisher cocktail party) We stay home with the kids and have a late dinner of their faves, which means were having crab, steak, nachos and chicken wings. After dinner, itll be board games or a movie. When the kids were too young to know the difference, wed watch the New Years countdown from Halifax, because its an hour earlier. Theyre much too old to trick now but *cough* I may still do it sometimes. Hey, Im an early riser and midnight is very late, you know ;)
