Happy New Years Warriors, So far the year has been horrible at best. The insurance company denied the new protocol so as for now I am back on the pill which they took me off of before because of the drastic headaches ..... Well they are back with a vengeance. Today I could only lay in bed with a pillow on my head until 7;00 p.m. Pat came home from his parents (who took such great care of him) Thursday night after being gone for more than a week but he is still very sick, we dont even sit in the same room. He will go back to the dr. on Monday. We have to do something drastic because we just cant go on like this. My Dr. is on a 2 week vacation, we are praying he calls in so they can tell him my condition. This is one of the first times I feel like we are in hell... I never knew how much I relied on Pat for everything. Now we are just pretending to the kids that we feel ok-ish and praying Clรฉmonce does not know how bad it really is. The kids have been great about cooking or warming up food. Until this week I have never wanted to give up but I have reached the bottom both physically and mentally. As of tonight I am stopping the cancer pill at least for a day then I may cut it in half in hopes that the head pain will not be quite as horrible. Knowing that the cancer is growing fast makes me not want to give up but it seems I just cant get through this pain. Please pray for my family, for my pain and for the cancer to just stop! I just pray that His will shall be done.....no one has any idea how scary that prayer is...,, Please be a blessing to someone today ๐ Love ~Lori ๐
