Happy Sabbath! Today is the last day of the Forever Faithful International Camporee at Oshkosh, Wisconsin where Bereans Royal Horsemen Pathfinder Club has spent the whole week. The Monday late afternoon through Tuesday morning was a challenge due to heavy rain. The experience however has improved with honors being earned, a trip to the local zoo, pin trading, good food, morning devotions with the rest of the Lake Region Conferemce Pathfinders, and evening. worship services. We have met old friends which some of us have not seen for years. All of the pathfinders of Lake Union, Canadian Union, and all the international unions marched together impressively in a parade yesterday afternoon. Now, last Sunday, Berean made friends with yet another pathfinder club, the Eagles of Wheaton SDA Church, Silver Spring, MD. We have done it again at the camporee, this time the Flying Marines from the Lake Region Conference of Kenya. Our pathfinders spent a lot of time assisting them and they expressed much appreciation for the help. Please pray for the Royal Horsemen as they prepare to return back to Battle Creek.
