Happy Saturday!!! Hiit Cardio with weight 4 ROUNDS 50 sec on 10 sec rest 1. Side to side toe touch with weight 2. Alt Runners lunge into a kick 3. Jump squat with weight right 4. Jump squat with weight left 5. Side hops Go hard today. Its Saturday and Im sure you are indulging a little this weekend (I did last night).....so why not get a hardcore workout in today? We are off to go on a family hike after this!
