Happy Saturday prayer warriors. Kali Rose is still in the fight at day 25. She had a chest xray yesterday afternoon that showed some consolidation in her right lower lung so the doctor ordered a diuretic to see if that would help with the fluid there and apparently it did because both her lungs looked about the same as they were before. She is still tolerating her feedings every 3 hours. The past few day her oxygen needs have increased today it is between 75-80% but her blood supply is on the low side so the doctor should order a transfusion today and that may help with her o2 since blood is a carrier. I wish you all can see her in action, she has so much personality to be so small she constantly shows she is not ready to give up. Her strength amazes me.
