Happy Saturday to you all!!! Started my day off with #PiYo Sweat!! I shared this with my Why Not Me Challengers this morining and thought of you guys too!! :) Enjoy..... Im getting better.. Will be out most of the day with Family!! See you tonight.. LUNGE- PiYo~Sweat Style!!! *No matter what program it is, they always seem to sneak in these Lunges everywhere... I use to really dislike them because I disliked the stretch... But Im learning to love them in PiYo.. The stretch and lengthening feels sooo good!!! So, I guess what Im saying is, take them slow- let your body adjust, modify, and get it down.. THEN push forward and challenge your body!! *FORM, Knee over ankle, pelvis forward, No leaning forward!!! Push yourself a little deeper each time and Really feel that stretch in the hip flexors, hamstrings, and quads!! Go Get It!!! Seriously SWAMPY SWEAT CITY Today!! LOVE IT!!! (LOL, dont mind my dog looking at me like, what the heck are you doing lady?!?!? HAHAHA)
