Happy St. Patricks Day Planksters!! I hope everyone had a great weekend :) How did everyone do with yesterdays challenge? Well keep it basically the same today..the only variation will be 2 different plank variations...so here it is: Our goal again today is: 120 Second Plank (or Warrior 1) 55 Second Wall Sit Well do: 30 second Basic Plank (on your hands) 30 second Elbow Plank 30 second Reverse Basic Plank 30 second Reverse Elbow Plank (check out todays picture to see these last two) Well keep our wall sits the same as yesterday (because I know how much everyone loooooves Wall Sits: ) 30 Second Basic Wall Sit 25 Second Wall Sit with arms stretched forward Lets do it!!!
