Happy St Patricks weekend to everyone! I hope all your roads lead to the pot of gold. Thanks to everyone for your help in growing this group. March is cabin fever relief month for us northerners. It is a time when our visions turn to mending canvas setting up the lodge and resupplying for the coming year. We also have our calendars out looking for events. If you run an event please nail it to our wall so we can get the word out. This months challenge goes out to our camp cooks. Give us your best camp cooked recipe. Please include a photo of the dish and by all means have fun with this. These recipes will be judged on presentation,not on taste. Looking for entries in desserts, meat dish, vegan, and beverage. There is also a comedy class. Challenge number two. I want to compile a list of the buckskinners signs of spring. What is a sure sign of spring for the a living history enthusiast.
