Happy Sunday Evening :) I want to share with you a practice that I began at the age of 19 (many many years ago), meditation. Meditation is becoming one of the most important parts of my health and fitness regimen and the days I neglect this vital part of my body/mind/spirit maintenance I feel the separation from my source. Meditation isnt a complicated practice, it is simply training your higher-self to take control of your lower-self. It calms your reactive mind and strengthens your impulse control. So often we (as primal beings) let our body make all our decisions of our life, meditation reminds your body WHOSE IN CHARGE :) If you have never tried meditation I encourage you to give it a chance.
