I am happy to inform you that we had an instant meeting last December 5,2014 at 7 pm at Yoyong s residence with Lolit Arranchado, Cecille Manuel,Honeybee Fernandez Kho ,Yoyong Kho ,Ramon Dantes Jr, Marlon Castro,Gerald Jean Bitancor ,Cap Domineh Neri,Engr. Joseph Tanasas & batch Alvarado.I am very much thankful to Ce cille Manuel who pushed us to be convened. These were the things we came up with: 1. Batch monthly meeting every 1st Friday of the month 2.Initial tasks > Batch Coordinator / - Marcelino yoyong Kho Focal Person >Batch Spokesperson - Lolit Arranchado >Cash Custodian - Honeybee Kho >Batch Locator - Cap Domineh Neri 3. Proposed Fund Raising Projects A. Lending Project with 5% Interest > All of us will pledge P 500.00.Pledge deadline is on or before January 9,2014 and give it to Honeybee Kho. > The raised amount will be the starting fund for the project . >Anyone in our batch who like to lend an amount to the project is highly welcomed provided that the amount shared is not for investment but for the purpose of increasing the lending fund and will be returned on last date of the year. B. Raffle Draw > Tentatively scheduled on November 2015 subject for the approval of the 2015 host batch. C. Fun Run > Tentatively scheduled on GICC Foundation Celebration 2015. > On hold project since it needs a thorough preparation and demands quite high participation of our batch for the working committees. D. Concert Sponsorship( Group bands /celebrities / comedians) > For further discussion. It is anticipated that projects A and B will be successfully done on 2015 with your active involvement and positive attitude. Thank you and GOD bless everyone!!!
